CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments and well-being are important to us. We understand that sometimes, life gets in the way and you may need to make adjustments to your appointment. 

If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours notice.

Our Policy 

Cancellations: 
 

  • Any missed appointments, cancellations or appointment reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment's start time will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services or £10, whichever is more. We reserve the right to refuse further appointments until this fee is paid.
     

Late Arrivals:
 

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient for you.​

How to Pay Fees:
 

  • All payments must be made via a payment link or in person at our Salon on your next appointment. Your stylist will contact you with a payment link upon breach of our policy via SMS.
